President’s Report:

Lobo Club Report:

Reggie Garrett, Assistant AD for Development
- Drive to 5,000 Lobo Club members was launched on April 22, 2013.
  93 new Lobo Club members as of May 6
- Pajarito/Santa Fe Club Chapters of the Lobo Club will be having a golf tournament on Fri, July 19 at Buffalo Thunder. flyer attached
- If you (or someone you know) is interested in doing a 5th year scholarship or a planned gift, please let a member of the Lobo Club staff know and we can assist you with either one. Dale Scott can also be asked if you have questions on a planned gift.
- Football renewal deadline is May 15

Executive Director’s Report:

Thank you to everyone who attended banquets on our behalf. We were well represented and the presentation of Letter jackets has been well received.
Graduation event is Friday at 11:30 am at the Club level at The Pit. Letterman’s Lounge will be open for the graduates to visit and see what it’s all about, please attend if you can.

Old Business:
1. Managers receiving letters?

i. The by-laws state that trainers may receive an athletic letter but it does not state anything about Managers. Head Coaches would like to award them to managers who have put in the necessary time and effort.

ii. Proposed amendment:

Article III- Membership

Section B- Classes of Membership

2. Associate Membership- Individuals who have contributed significantly to UNM athletics who have paid their dues shall be considered members. Associate Members (i.e. Coaches, athletic directors, trainers, managers, and spirit squad) shall be entitled to all rights and privileges of regular members except the right to hold office. Up to three (3) Associate members may serve on the board of directors at any one time.

Kiosk update: Please see the kiosk today to see the progress. This project will take a long time to get to where we want it but please let us know if you notice any bugs that we can fix prior to the first game.
